Design Philosophy:

• A combined entrance lobby for the 2 wings with the drop-off, creates a Grand entry experience.
• The huge Club overlooks the Podium, allowing amenities to extend onto the Podium.
• As the unit area requirements were extremely varying, the apartments were designed as Jodi apartments to create different sizes of carpet areas individually or when combined.
• Podium apartments are designed with small Podium gardens, along the apartment length.
• The Refuge area along the front facades, creates an interesting element in façade design.
